Shipping methods :

1. Normally the shipping cost is Free.

2. Main shipping methods : Fast and matched international delivery company.  

    We dont accept appointed delivery.

    We will choose the best and the most secure one according to different countries and conditions.                          

    10 – 20 working days for shipping, sometimes more days. it will arrive to your door finally.

3 . Orders will be processed after the payment is cleared, Few days for preparation;

     and then Shipped out, we will provide you the tracking number and the tracking website;

     However please attention that the delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time.

 
4 . All the items will be packed with very thick protective bubble to make sure your items arrived in perfect condition.

Returns:

We will refund you for items returned within 3 days of your receiving, for any reason.

A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging. 

Once receiving items, we will apply refund for you.

Note: Due to International refund have a cycle, after our bank operate, it will back to you within 15-30 days;

The specific arrival time depends on your issue bank or card type.

After this period, pls contact us if you dont receive the refund.

Replacement:

In case there is quality problem with the item or any other problems occurred,

please submit the pictures of the watch so that we can solve your problem.

Once the issue is confirmed, Pls send the faulty one back to us;

We will send you the new one for the replacement Once we receive the faulty one.

If the reasons from you, like dislike the model or color, we dont accept Replacement but Return for refund. 

Warranty &Maintenance:

We provide 1 month warranty on all the watches priced under $450;

12 months maintenance warranties on priced over $450.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.

Note: Before returning items, please make sure you get the seller’s return address and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet;

Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number;

As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
